SHIPPING POLICY


Thank you for shopping with Netflex Cabling. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Custom cable orders may require additional production time. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier workload, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take up to 24 to 48 hours to appear.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.


Delivery Issues

Netflex Cabling is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and title transfers to the customer.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly. We will assist when possible, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@netflex-cabling.com with photos of the packaging and the item so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.


Custom and Bulk Orders

Custom-made cables and bulk quantities may require longer processing and shipping times. Customers will be contacted with production estimates before shipping.
