Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Customised Cables

Customised cables are not eligible for return or refund.
This includes any cable that has been cut to length, colour customised, labelled, or made to your specification.

Customised cables may only be replaced or repaired if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or repair where appropriate.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customised or personalised cables

  • Special or made-to-order items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the approved item and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, unless the item is customised.
Customised items are excluded from the EU cooling-off period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
